Glass structures at Mercedes showrooms

Blog 1 The end of the year is always a nightmare. Everyone is scrambling to finish projects on time. Not only do you have to chase after everything, but planned projects somehow magically accumulate in the last month. Naturally, customers don’t care – why should they? Project managers responsible for coordination are on leave or come down with the flu, and on top of all that, designers stop answering their phones…   How to Manage It All I’d love to say it’s simple, but it’s not. It requires dedication and commitment from the entire team. I’m fortunate to work with exceptional people who, despite the holiday preparations in the air – making pierogi, cleaning, shopping – found the strength to manage it all. And it wasn’t easy: Szczecin, Rzeszów, Ostrava, Olomouc, Zlin – a nightmare.   Full Control Of course not. Every time you think you’re starting to get a handle on things, something happens – or rather a million little things – that throw everything off. The supplier sends a package to the wrong place, the paint shop delays the process, the coordinator gets sick. Solutions are usually simple, though not always easy to see, but that’s exactly why we have a team of reliable, diligent, and ambitious employees who, against all odds, can resolve these issues. What drives our success is primarily the team and good preparation.   I wish you all success and only successful projects in the New Year 2024.   Lukasz Czarnecki   IMG-20231228-WA0042 IMG-20231228-WA0030 IMG-20231228-WA0015 IMG-20231208-WA0009 IMG-20231202-WA0029
